Yeshua Worshiped YHWH

Yeshua Worshiped YHWH Alone

Even in the King James Version (KJV), a late, church-approved Bible, Yeshua directs worship to YHWH alone, not himself. He quotes Torah, affirms YHWH as the only true God, and emphasizes obedience to the commandments, rejecting divinity or Trinitarian ideas. The Hebrew worldview shines through, free of Greek or Roman distortions.

🔥 Yeshua pointed to YHWH, not himself.

Scriptural Evidence

🔹 John 4:23–24

KJV: “But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.”

Yeshua points to the Father (YHWH) as the sole object of worship, not himself.

🔹 Matthew 4:10

יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ תִּירָא וְאֹתוֹ תַעֲבֹד (YHWH Eloheikha tira ve’oto ta’avod – You shall fear YHWH your Elohim and serve Him alone)
KJV: “Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.”

Yeshua quotes Deuteronomy 6:13, commanding worship of YHWH alone, not himself.

NIV: “Jesus said to him, ‘Away from me, Satan! For it is written: Worship the Lord your God and serve him only.’”

🔹 John 17:3

KJV: “And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.”

Yeshua distinguishes YHWH as the only true God, himself as the sent one, not divine or equal.

NIV: “Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.”

🔹 Matthew 19:17

KJV: “And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.”

Yeshua corrects the man, denying his own goodness and pointing to YHWH; eternal life comes from keeping commandments, not belief in him.

NIV: “‘Why do you ask me about what is good?’ Jesus replied. ‘There is only One who is good. If you want to enter life, keep the commandments.’”

Final Truth

Even in the KJV, Yeshua worships YHWH, obeys Torah, and redirects all honor to the Father. He quotes Deuteronomy 6:13 to affirm YHWH’s sole worship, denies his own divinity, and teaches that eternal life comes from keeping the commandments. There is no command to worship him, no Trinity in his words—only the Hebrew truth of YHWH’s covenant.

  • Yeshua worshiped YHWH alone
  • Eternal life through Torah obedience
  • No worship of Yeshua
  • No Trinity or divinity

🧠 Obedience to YHWH is the path, not worship of Yeshua.
