קָדוֹשׁ קָדוֹשׁ קָדוֹשׁ

HOLY, HOLY, HOLY
(NO GREEK OVERLAY • Yhwh only)
1
קָדוֹשׁ קָדוֹשׁ קָדוֹשׁ יְהוָה צְבָאוֹת מְלֹא כָל הָאָרֶץ כְּבוֹדוֹ
“Qadosh, Qadosh, Qadosh — Yhwh Tsevaot; melo kol ha'aretz kevodo.”
“Holy, holy, holy — Yhwh of hosts; the whole land is filled with His weight.”
1
קָדוֹשׁ ×3
Qadosh, Qadosh, Qadosh

Set-apartness intensified by repetition

  • Wholly distinct from human disorder
  • Pure, untainted, beyond corruption
  • Repetition = superlative emphasis (not categories/persons)
Not a Greek “Trinity” doctrine

This line intensifies holiness; it does not divide Yhwh into parts.

2
יְהוָה צְבָאוֹת
Yhwh Tsevaot

“Tsevaot” — the arrays/forces of existence under the command of Yhwh.

All forces obey; no rival, no equal.
3
מְלֹא כָל הָאָרֶץ כְּבוֹדוֹ
Melo kol ha'aretz kevodo

“Kavod” — weight/reality of presence, not Romanized “glory.”

  • Substantial, unavoidable presence
  • Authority manifest across the land
  • Filling = literal saturation, not mere metaphor
2
הִנְנִי שְׁלָחֵנִי
“Hineni — shelacheni.”
“Here I am — send me.”
1
הִנְנִי
Hineni
  • Full presence before Yhwh
  • Nothing withheld
  • Readiness without conditions
2
שְׁלָחֵנִי
Shelacheni

From shalach — sending with charge/authority.

  • Volunteer posture first
  • Assignment understood after obedience
Obedience before answers — the ancient way of those who seek Yhwh.
What this shapes in practice
📌
Vision of Yhwh → reality of set-apartness
➡️
Awareness of our disorder
➡️
Cleansing / alignment
➡️
Volunteering: “Hineni”
Not “called then obeyed.”
Obey first — then walk out what Yhwh assigns.
