The Creator Came First — Religion Came Later

Video information & transcript

The Creator existed before every book, scroll, temple, church, and religious system. More than 70% of the world's major religions trace their foundations in part to Abraham. Yet very few people stop and ask a simple question: Where does Abraham exist outside of the religious tradition itself? People argue about Christianity, Judaism, Islam, the Old Testament, the New Testament, churches, doctrines, and denominations. But if Abraham is the foundation of the story, then the foundation matters. If the foundation is historical, there should be evidence. If the foundation is theological, then people should at least be honest about that. My question is not which religion is right. My question is: What is the foundation, and where does that foundation first appear in history? Many people assume something is ancient because they inherited it from a church, a preacher, or a tradition. But old stories are not automatically ancient history. The Creator is older than every religion.

The Creator is older than every temple. The Creator is older than every scroll. The Creator is older than every book. What if the foundation is not a religion at all? What if the foundation is the One who made us? When we do wrong, we already know it. We were born able to recognize right from wrong. We don't need a religious label to tell us when we've failed. Maybe people spend so much time defending traditions that they never stop to ask whether the foundation they are defending is history, theology, or simply something they inherited from someone else. I don't care what title someone puts on themselves. Catholic. Muslim. Protestant. Jew. Or anything else. The Creator knows who you are without a label. The Creator doesn't need a building to find you. The Creator doesn't need a preacher to hear you. The Creator doesn't need a denomination to recognize you. The Creator doesn't need a church, a temple, a scroll, or a book to know your heart.

What matters is whether you seek truth, repent when you're wrong, and put your faith in the One who made you rather than in a system created by men. Trust the One who made you. Not the label. Not the denomination. Not the building. Not the argument. The One who made you. That is the question I think people should be asking. Not, "Which religion is right?" But: What is the real foundation? Where did it begin, and is your faith in a religion, or in the One who created you? When you pray, pray to the One who made you. Ask the One who created you to open your eyes, correct your mistakes, and teach you the truth. You can't go wrong seeking truth from the One who made all things........................
